Prof. Sitara Nazir is a highly accomplished Assistant Professor in Human Resources at Bhavan’s Centre for Communication & Management in Bhubaneswar, where she has dedicated nine years to shaping the next generation of leaders through her engaging teaching methodologies and deep industry insights. With a solid foundation in academia, she previously served for seven years at the Institute of Management and Information Technology in Cuttack, where she developed comprehensive curricula and actively mentored students to excel in their professional aspirations.

Prof. Nazir holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) in Odisha, complemented by a Master of Arts (MA) in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Currently, she is advancing her expertise by pursuing a Doctoral program in Management at ASBM University, further enhancing her ability to contribute to scholarly research and practical applications in her field. Her research interests encompass critical areas such as the psychological contract between employers and employees, workplace happiness, the dynamics of workplace gratitude, transformational leadership, and the principles of organisational justice. Through her research, she aims to explore how these factors influence employee engagement and overall organisational effectiveness.
